National sales manager (oncology)

Responsibilities:

  • Leads development of portfolio strategy plan for the TOP accounts, based on customer needs & strategy developed by Franchises
  • Annual Sales forecast and tracking
  • Supports ASMs on Territory planning, targets and prioritized actions
  • Regularly monitors and tracks sales performance/progress, including use of budget/resources.

  • Hiring leaders with the mindset and attitude and coaching them
  • Acts as a Field Coach of direct reports and their team members in the field team to ensure optimal results
  • Empowerment of a self-managed team
  • Analyzes market data and develops IC plans/contests to align and motivates the field force to achieve targets/goals
  • Represents the key customer voice on the Franchise team
Qualification and Experience:
  • High education Degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing or related Business education/ MBA or other related graduate-level degree is preferred
  • Average of 5 or more years’ work experience sales/commercial function.
  • Previous work experience in National Sales Manager /Business Development manager/ Franchise Manager role with responsibility on a country level
  • English level - Upper-intermediate or Fluent
  • Strong management skills and ability to work in a highly competitive marketplace
