Legal Advisor / Senior Lawyer

Large international company is looking for a strong and experienced Legal advisor
Responsibilities:

Cultivate, develop and maintain effective cross functional relationship, develop and promote corporate legal standards and practices in order to provide legal support on the wide range of matters;
- Provide expert and professional legal advice, guidance and support to internal stakeholders;
- Review, approve and negotiate commercial contracts, special and strategic agreements, standard clauses, specific terms and conditions, etc. to ensure compliance with legal requirements and policies;
- Assist in developing and communicate policies, procedures and controls to ensure that Company exposure to legal, commercial and reputational risk is effectively identified, managed and mitigated;
- Perform legal research for business needs related to practice area and recommend appropriate strategies to the internal stakeholders;
- Interact daily with a variety of levels of management both within the company and/or customer organizations;
- Collaborate closely with the HQ legal team on matters associated with business operations;
- Handle claims in accordance with corporate requirements to effectively protect Company interests;

Participate in dispute resolution and manage litigation matters;
- Liaise and supervise external advisors in accordance with corporate requirements.
- Higher degree in Law,
- Advanced Englisj level (written and spoken);
- Work in a legal department of a large corporation for minimum 5 years;
- Strong expertise in corporate, commercial, civil, tax and labor law.
