Requirements to a candidate:
1 year of experience in international company or recruitment agency
Strong recruitment skills
English – from C1
Proactive, open-minded person with excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
Leading full cycle of recruitment process
Sourcing candidates through various channels (job sites, LinkedIn, recruitment database, references, etc.)
Interaction with recruiting agencies, partnership support and development.
Conducting online and face-to-face interviews in order to identify candidate’s professional skills, motivation etc.
Organizing and participating in assessments of candidates (business cases, role plays)
Consulting with hiring managers on recommended and provided recruitment activities
Tracking and maintaining recruitment local and global databases
Conducting references checks on the final candidates if needed
Working with hiring managers during the recruiting process from beginning to end: participate in discussion of staffing plans, internal promotions, maternities, relocations, etc.
Recruitment reporting: filling-in staffing tables, providing all required reports in accurate and timely manner
Participation in various recruitment-related projects.
Salary depends on experience and will be discussed individually
