HR Business Partner

We are looking for an HRBP for our Client – an international IT company:

  • English – upper-intermediate level
  • Experience - over 3 years
  • Ability to prioritize and focus in a fast paced, dynamic and multicultural environment
  • Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis
  • Able to engage and influence key management and business stakeholders
  • Effectively manage HR operations and programs
  • Experienced knowledge of Labor code

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of the global and local HR initiatives, policies and programs for the supported organization
  • Performance management and improvement HR systems
  • Support company/BU/departmental management in organization development
  • Employment and compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees
  • Employee onboarding, development, training needs assessment
  • Policy implementation and communication
  • Employee relations
  • Company employee and community communication oversees for the supported organization
  • Compensation and benefits administration at the supported organization’s level
  • Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health
  • Employee services and counseling
