We are looking for an HRBP for our Client – an international IT company:
- English – upper-intermediate level
- Experience - over 3 years
- Ability to prioritize and focus in a fast paced, dynamic and multicultural environment
- Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis
- Able to engage and influence key management and business stakeholders
- Effectively manage HR operations and programs
- Experienced knowledge of Labor code
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of the global and local HR initiatives, policies and programs for the supported organization
- Performance management and improvement HR systems
- Support company/BU/departmental management in organization development
- Employment and compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees
- Employee onboarding, development, training needs assessment
- Policy implementation and communication
- Employee relations
- Company employee and community communication oversees for the supported organization
- Compensation and benefits administration at the supported organization’s level
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health
- Employee services and counseling
