Health Economics & Outcomes Research manager (HEOR manager)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and disseminate HTA/HEOR studies and value messages
- Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance environment in research and dissemination of studies

Understands the business impact of health system opportunities and risks, provides insights and influences business decisions so reimbursement strategies can be adapted as required

Ensures internal stakeholders understand risks/benefits associated with applied HTA approaches

Provides leadership oversight to effectively guide HTA methods’ applications to demonstrate value of our products across their lifecycle, as reflected in evidence generation planning and reimbursement dossiers

Consistently demonstrates effectiveness in applying HTA methods in complex scenarios
- Experienced HEOR professional is a must
- Experinence in Pharmaceutical company
- Team worker with superb work ethic, highly detail-oriented, well-organized, assertive, self-motivated, and able to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Profound knowledge of Russian HC legislation and reimbursement procedures
- English not less than upper intermediate level
