Our client is an international pharmaceutical company (TOP - 3).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of best-in-class, innovative procurement strategies and plans that optimize return on investment.

  • Lead and manage the country procurement team.

  • Establish a robust governance structure enabling efficient decision making for the country Procurement team and Business stakeholders with clear roles and responsibilities.

  • Lead the execution of critical country projects.

  • Accountable for maintaining strong links between the local and the regional /global activities and teams.

  • Manage a team.

Qualifications:

  • University degree.

  • Experience in a pharmaceutical company.

  • Proven leadership and management capabilities.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Russian speaker and business level fluency in English.
