General Manager/Country Head

We are looking for a GM/Country Head for our Client (International IT company):

Expected:

  • Overall 5+ years of working in International companies;
  • Experience in working as a Country Manager/ GM/ HRD;
  • English language B2/C1;
  • Strong rational thinking and analytical approach on things;
  • Proactive approach on job execution;
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form;
  • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity;
  • Experience planning and leading initiatives;

Responsibilities:

  • Own the admin and general business support function within the location;
  • Prepare, plan and execute budget for the location;

  • Ensure, support and work on streamlining and optimization of all the administration processes of the location which are required for the delivery organization to perform its services;
  • Identify and resolve any issues in the supporting business processes of the organization;
  • Work closely with the supporting departments (Admin, Finance, HR, Legal, other) in order to implement and promote standards within the location. Work with local representatives of these departments in order to address location-specific tasks and needs;
  • Support global departments in communications with local 3rd-parties and sub-contractors in order to ensure business continuity;
  • Own the overall recruitment process for the location;
  • Work with HRD, local recruitment lead and his/her team to establish and execute proper recruitment strategy;
  • Work with Practice Heads and Delivery Heads on staffing strategies for new engagements, as well as team extensions for existing initiatives;
  • Cooperate with other Country Heads to support global initiatives and multi-location project staffing;
  • Own the PnL for the location;
  • Plan and efficiently execute rotations within teams and projects;
  • Own HR processes within the location;
  • Work closely with HRD and local HR Business partner to establish and execute proper HR strategy within the location;
  • Manage Appraisals and Personal Reviews processes;
  • Execute efficient and reasonable salary review process;
  • Attend and actively contribute to personal reviews of employees, review and approve personal development plans;
  • Proactively identify and address needs in LnD area for employees in the location;
