Western pharmaceutical company is looking for a Communications manager
Tasks:
Within the area of responsibilities assigned play a key role in setting a Communication Strategy orientated to customer value creation (i.e. Organization). Communication needs to be based on the customer's pain points and priorities, iterated as MVP and finally delivered using pull mechanic vs. push mechanics.
Drive transformation communications (newsletters, interactive sessions, Gsite, Cross Affiliate communities, etc.).
Through focus groups or other bottom-up mechanisms, listen to the organization and analyze feedback to improve how we communicate
Collaborate with different departments to ensure bottom-up communications flow
Support internal communications channels with content creation and copywriting (organizational announcements, translation of global communications, local news, Newsletter all on the specific areas of responsibility)
Develop and implement external communication and public relations programs, activities, campaigns, e
Liaise with journalists on media queries
Cultivate a mindset of experimentation, agility and smart risk-taking across to drive innovation and creativity.
Promote the exchange of best practices in internal communications, and liaise with regional and global communications teams to create and implement joint cross-country programs.
Write messages in an engaging style to highlight the future opportunity, need, or achievements and the trigger will to action and/or pride within the organization
Support organization of major communication events such as all employee Town Halls, and Global Broadcasts
Stakeholders management
Academic degree required with emphasis in communications, Anthropology, Philosophy, History, Political Sciences, Psychology, Languages
Current knowledge of digital communications techniques is a must
Experienced professional (minimum 5 years of experience in internal and/or external communications)
Proven experience in developing communication strategies, implementing, and systematically measuring the achievement of business objectives
Experienced working in global organizations, with good cultural awareness and sensitivity is a must
Proactive, Innovative, and able to negotiate.
High-level presentation skills
